Easy!!! I'm Frank Fallon and I'm a young consultant at YMCA England.

In January 2010 I'm gonna brave the cold and sleep rough so others don't have to - highlighting youth homelessness and raising some mega bucks for the YMCA.

YMCA Sleep Easy events are happening all over the country, and this blog will tell you all you need to know about Sleep Easy, and how you can get involved.

Make no mistake about it, it ain't gonna be pretty. But I'm well excited about taking part and roughing it for young people in need.
